Hi, I'm Zeanna! As a certified Personal Trainer with specialisations in Nutrition, Strength and Functional Fitness, I'm passionate about helping clients build not only physical wellbeing but also the confidence to embrace a healthy lifestyle. My journey with fitness began as a personal and transformational experience, and now I'm devoted to empowering others to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through positive and fun training sessions, because everyone deserves to be happy and healthy.

And I'm Janna! For over 15 years, I have specialised in behavioural change and development, supporting senior leaders in global organisations. But my true passion lies in supporting personal growth and life fulfilment beyond the corporate facade. I believe in the incredible potential of the mind to heal and transform, and I'm all about providing actionable tips, tricks and strategies that lead to genuine progress.

Together, we founded Women's Wellbeing Squad – a platform to empower women of all ages, backgrounds, health and fitness levels. Our mission is to offer evidence-based programs that focus on mind, body, and soul – genuinely embracing the full spectrum of wellness to foster balance through whole mind and body solutions.
