Ze is your certified Personal Trainer with specialisations in Nutrition, Strength, and Functional Fitness. She is passionate about helping clients build physical wellbeing and the confidence to embrace a healthy lifestyle. 

With over 15 years specialising in behavioural change, growth and developmental psychology, Janna is your new mindset coach, confidant and champion. Her passion lies in supporting personal growth so that everyone can live their most fulfilled lives.

Founding Women's Wellbeing Squad in 2023 with an intention to create a platform and a safe space that includes and empowers women of all ages, backgrounds, health, and fitness levels to take back control and live out their happiest, healthiest and radically confident lives.
